Rindō Kobayashi is a 90th Generation Tōtsuki Academy alumna Food Wars, and the previous second seat of the Elite Ten Council. Rindō is the tallest female Elite Ten Council part. She has streaming red hair that scopes down to her shoulder bones with her bangs covering her left eye. She has a ton of cat highlights, having yellow eyes with vertically slitted students and articulated, feline like teeth. While cooking, her red hair is tied in a pig tail and she wears a dim blue gourmet specialist’s coat with a cover.
